Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Locum Medical Receptionist to join our clients GP Surgery healthcare team in London SW1W
October:-
1st 8am-5pm
2nd , 5th 7th 8th 8am-6:30pm
9th 8am-4pm
12th 14th 15th 16th 10:30-6:30pm
More shifts to follow
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations effectively.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process patient information and insurance details efficiently.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate care.
- Booking appointments, dealing with queries and tasks.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy at all times.
Skills
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- GP surgery experience
- Knowledge of SytemOne
