Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and reliable Locum Senior House Officers (ST1 & ST2 level) to join our NHS Trust on an urgent basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team and support the delivery of clinical services across their specialty.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' NHS clinical experience
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (in date)
• Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to start ASAP
• Previous NHS ward, on-call, and acute care experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients under consultant supervision
• Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and on-call rotas
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Liaise effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals
• Escalate deteriorating patients appropriately
• Ensure compliance with NHS clinical governance and patient safety standards

Pay: £35.00-£50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 45.0 per week
