General Labourer – Immediate Start

D&M Building and Maintenance Services Ltd

Location: Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire

Pay: Depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're Hiring and We're Growing

Due to an expanding project pipeline, D&M Building and Maintenance Services is looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to join our team on an immediate basis.

We're a family-run construction company delivering high-quality domestic extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, and property development projects across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. As we grow, we need good people who want steady, long-term work with a company that values them.

The Role

You'll be working alongside our experienced trades team on a variety of live projects:

  • Site preparation and general labouring
  • Assisting bricklayers, plasterers, and joiners
  • Moving and managing materials on site
  • Keeping sites clean, tidy, and safe
  • Supporting with deliveries and ad hoc tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Previous site or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
  • CSCS card preferred
  • Positive attitude, punctual, and reliable
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Full UK driving licence
