With over 60 sales representatives operating across the UK, we are expanding our team and looking for experienced, self-motivated field sales professionals.

This is a high-earning, commission-only opportunity with qualified leads provided daily — no cold knocking required.

What You'll Be Selling

SuperFOIL Insulation — strong seasonal demand, particularly through autumn and winter.

Properla Wall Coatings — high-demand, year-round product with strong conversion rates.

Renotec Roof Coatings — excellent earning potential through the spring and summer months.

PIV Positive Input Ventilation Units — fast-install, year-round product with broad appeal across all property types.

The combination of products means consistent lead flow and earning potential throughout the entire year — not just one season.

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in home improvement sales — insulation, wall coatings, roof coatings, PIV ventilation units, windows, doors, or similar.

You should be:

• Comfortable conducting face-to-face in-home consultations.
• Self-employed and able to operate independently within your area.
• Reliable, professional, and results-driven.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding required.
