Job details
Full job description
We're Trade Engine UK. We find homeowners in Birmingham and the West Midlands who want loft conversions, then we qualify them and pass the leads to you.
This is not a job. It's a partnership for self-employed joiners or loft firms who can run full loft conversions from start to finish.
What you get
- Qualified loft conversion leads in your area
- Nothing to pay upfront, not even ad spend
- We only earn a share when you sign a job and your customer pays you
- Help finding extra lads through job ads if you need them
- Weekly reports and a simple system to keep each job on track
What we're looking for
- A self-employed joiner or a loft firm with your own team, or able to put one together
- Experience running full loft conversions such as dormers, hip to gable and Velux
- Able to price, survey and manage the job with your own subbies
- Happy to work on a commission basis
- Based in or covering Birmingham, Solihull, Walsall, Dudley or Wolverhampton
To apply, tell us a bit about the loft jobs you've done, how big your team is, and the biggest job you've run. Photos of past jobs help.
Work Location: On the road
