Full time CIS registered sub contractor.

We require a skilled and reliable multi-trade Supervisor, who will be hands-on and responsible for the supervison of a small team of labourers.

Experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson is essential. We need someone reliable with good communication skills and the ability to speak well with customers and colleagues and has the confidence and initiative to work without constant supervison.

You will be carrying out all aspects of building work for extensions, loft and garage conversions, and refurbishments in customers homes. Fitting Kitchens and bathrooms, steel installations, demolishing walls and building stud walls, fitting roofs, windows, doors etc. The work is varied and differs from job to job. You must have knowledge of and are competent in carrying out Groundworks, Bricklaying, basic Plumbing, Carpentry and Plastering.

We want someone who takes pride in their work, always ensuring our customer's satisfaction, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to complete all work to the highest standard in the required timeframes.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm
• Work is in and around Worcestershire / West Midlands. Full driving licence essential.

We need someone who is competent and skilled who can run a job without hand holding. This is a Supervisor position, we need someone who knows what they are doing and can hit the ground running. You must be available to start asap.
