Field Sales Rep - Home Improvements B2C

We are seeking highly motivated and professional Field Sales Reps to join our home improvement sales team. As a Field Sales Rep, you will attend 2-3 pre-booked appointments per day.

You will be attending appointments generated by our successful outbound telesales team. Our team will generate a good quantity of fresh, highly qualified appointments with homeowners who have a genuine interest in home improvements.

The appointments we offer are booked within our own customer profile, this means we almost only attend properties of average value and above, retired customers only and have strenuous vulnerability processes in place.

We offer 15-20% commission on closed leads, with an average order value of £4,400. Due to the quality and consistent quantity of the leads we provide, we expect a sales to pitch conversion rate of 1 in 3.5.

The ideal candidate must have experience in pitching and closing home improvement leads. Experience in spray foam removal, masonry coatings or loft insulation would helpful, but we will provide training on all of our products and services.

You must have:

• Experience in pitching and selling home improvements in a direct sales environment
• A history of closing at a high rate
• Excellent consolidation skills
• Be punctual and professional whilst representing the company
