London Urban is a professional building company in South West London specialising in high-quality renovations and refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions, and new builds of both residential and commercial properties. We excel in transforming client visions into reality, creating strong, trusting relationships through authentic, professional advice, client-centered design, and transparent construction solutions. Customer care is paramount to our service delivery, and all team members must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in written, verbal, and technical skills.

Due to a number of project wins and general planned expansion, we are looking to add a Business Administrator to our team. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including PA support to the Director, commercial administration, general office administration management, and dealing with client and new business enquiries.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Confidential support and administration for Directors
- Administration of the tender process and projects
- Handling client enquiries and new business enquiries
- In charge of all supply orders for the business and projects, including building materials, plant, and stationery
- General administration for the business
- Organising and using MS Teams and MS Office for various tasks
- Updating bookkeeping software

- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time while being organised, resilient, and motivated

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Experience within the construction industry is essential for this role
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms, including Word, Excel, and project-based software packages
- Experience in organising and using MS Teams and MS Office
- Experience in using bookkeeping software a must
- Contract length: Permanent, Part-time (3 hours a day)
