D&M Building Services is looking for a reliable General Labourer to join our construction team due to a strong pipeline of residential projects.

We work on extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations and full property refurbishments across the East Midlands.

The role

Working alongside our builders and specialist trades, you'll support the day-to-day running of our sites, including:

  • Site preparation and general labouring
  • Assisting builders with groundworks, brickwork and structural works
  • Loading, unloading and moving materials
  • Mixing and preparing materials
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
  • Helping with deliveries and material management
  • Clearing waste and maintaining tidy sites
  • Supporting trades as required

We're looking for someone who understands that a good labourer doesn't need to be told every five minutes what needs doing. You'll need to be hardworking, reliable and willing to get stuck in.

What we're looking for

  • Previous construction/site experience preferred
  • CSCS card preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Physically capable of manual construction work
  • Good attitude and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to travel to our sites across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire
