Summary

ADL Design & Build Ltd is a construction company operating across South East and South West London. We specialise in House extensions, loft conversions and major property refurbishments.

Job Overview

Experience is mandatory. The candidate must be able to prove and show previous projects managed in the residential sector i.e. Extensions, loft conversions etc.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of project management principles within the construction industry. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
- Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilise Civil 3D software for design and planning purposes as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
