The Loft Converter (City) ltd is a thriving family run loft conversion, extension and company with over 50 years experience. We are looking for a Part Time Administration Assistant based in our High Barnet office.

The role is 4 days a week Monday to Friday 8 - 5 at 7.50 hours per day - days and times to be agreed with the suitable candidate.

Salary range: £17,000.00 to £22,000.00

This is an exciting entry opportunity in a growing and ambitious working environment that is constantly evolving. In this role, you will assist the team with a range of administration support tasks including handling incoming calls/customer enquires, booking appointments, liaising with client's and assisting with varied general office duties.

Duties will include:

• General Administration Work
• Handling incoming calls/customer enquires
• Liaising with clients
• Booking appointments
• Managing the office diary

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be ready for any sort of challenges
• Excellent IT Skills (MAC System)
• GCSE Maths and English
