Loft Conversion jobs in Haxby

Must of been around all aspects of general building work, we undertake general building work and construction, including extensions loft conversions refurbs, bathrooms and kitchens. Experience in some of these sectors is essential.

Drivers licence essential, Immediate start available with continuous stream of work, van and fuel card for the right candidate on a sub contract basis.

Applicants must:

• Semi skilled labourer with experience working on construction sites
• Hardworking with good punctuality
• Work to a high standard
• Work well in a team, Polite and friendly.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable
• Willing to work with other trades when required.
• Have own tools, full driving license and transport.

Duties

• Carry out general labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Delivering materials to site.
• Clearing sites and stripping out.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist and work with various trades when required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly.

Working hours are weekdays, 8:00am – 4.30pm. Weekly pay.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
