EcoBuilders.Green are looking for a reliable and motivated Semi Skilled Multi Trader / Site Operative to join our growing team working on high quality residential projects across Essex.

We specialise in extensions, loft conversions, renovations and bespoke residential projects with a strong focus on organisation, communication and quality workmanship.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, wants to grow within a professional company and enjoys working on well managed projects with high standards.

The Role

You will be working alongside our core team assisting with day to day operations across a range of residential projects including:

• General site support
• Demolition and preparation works
• Insulation and plasterboarding
• Basic carpentry assistance
• Protection works and maintaining site cleanliness
• Loading out and material organisation
• Snagging and finishing assistance
• Supporting subcontractors and site management
• Helping maintain high presentation and organisation standards on site

What We Are Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Clean and organised approach to work
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Previous site experience preferred but attitude is more important than qualifications
