· If you’re experienced in trades such as…

· · Groundworks - Excavate foundations, drainage, up to DPC oversites, concreting, driveways, block pavers,

· · Wet trades, Bricklaying, stonework, blockwork, Patios, Steps, etc

· · Plastering, Skimming, rendering colour systems, sand & cement, Lime rendering & plastering,

· · Carpentry, First & second fix- Includes – stud work, floor joists, manufacturer & cut trusses, fitting kitchens, stairs, skirtings & architraves – etc

· · Roofing - felt & battening, slating, tiling, leadwork, fascias boards & soffits, fitting Velux windows, etc

· · Finishers on all trades (happy to do the snagging list!)

· · All work must be to a high standard, if you don’t care about your job or don’t enjoy it please don’t apply.

· We want to hear from you if you can do most of theses trades.

· Rates of pay

£30,000 - £38,000 per year on the books
Must have access to own tools and transport
All work is located within an hour of our unit.

· Self-employed

· £30,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year.

· £16PH - £22.50 per hour.

· After 3 months, if you have proved yourself as capable and reliable, we can also provide a van and fuel card. To the right candidate.

· Miles Construct Ltd we are based in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, and serves the regions of Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, Monmouth, and Forest of Dean.

· We are looking for experienced, multi-skilled tradespeople to work on our projects on a self-employed or employed basis. We work mainly for private, residential clients. Our work includes things such as extensions, renovations, loft conversions, cellar conversions, new builds, barn conversions along with other general building and maintenance work.

· We have plenty of work and are looking for people who we can get to know and work with long-term!

Miles Construct, Cabback Lodge, Llangarron, Ross-On-Wye HR9 6PA. Our work is located or within an hour of our unit - you are expected to get to the site within your own time. Please check this before applying,

Qualifications

• NVQ in Construction- Advantage
• CSCS card - Advantage
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Experience in carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
