We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team in South East London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing various construction projects, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional building services.
Responsibilities

  • Execute construction projects including new roofs, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations on-site.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of extensions and loft conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Builder or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tasks.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
