Experienced Carpenter – G2 Lofts & Extensions

Location: Solihull and surrounding areasPay: Dependent on experience

G2 Lofts & Extensions is looking for an experienced carpenter to join our growing team, working on residential loft conversions, extensions and renovations.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and keen to get involved. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, alongside our team and with other trades to deliver projects to a high standard.

The role

● Carrying out first and second fix carpentry across our projects.

● Reading and working accurately from architectural and structural drawings.

● Planning your work and using your initiative to keep jobs moving.

● Maintaining a tidy, organised working area and working safely.

● Communicating professionally with colleagues, subcontractors and customers.

What we’re looking for

● Good practical experience in first and second fix carpentry.

● The ability to produce quality work independently and as part of a team.

● Confidence reading drawings and following specifications.

● A punctual, dependable approach and a willingness to work.

● Your own transport to travel to our sites.

● Your own tools preferred; as a minimum, you must have hand tools and basic power tools.

● Experience in loft conversions and extensions would be an advantage.
