We are seeking a skilled and reliable building firm or builder to collaborate with us on various projects, including refurbishments, lofts, and extensions.

Responsibilities:

Undertake construction projects assigned by Gibbons & Co Construction on a subcontracting basis.

Execute tasks according to project specifications, adhering to industry standards and building regulations.

Collaborate with our team to ensure effective project management and successful completion within set timelines.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.

Provide high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a building firm or builder, preferably with a diverse portfolio of successful projects.

Expertise in various aspects of construction, including refurbishments, lofts, and extensions.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.

Skilled in interpreting architectural plans and executing construction tasks accordingly.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome challenges effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing strong communication and collaboration skills.

Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Pay: From £70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
