Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various tasks across different projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely.

You will be working to support the builder and other trades on domestic properties, to create extentions, loft conversions etc.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of work sites before and after tasks are completed.
• Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including proper disposal of waste.
• Hours will vary, but average will be 40hrs. 8am to 4pm

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Own transport advantage, most work in Rainham and surrounding area
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Immediate start
