Builders Wanted - £80K - £120K per annum

We are working on home improvement projects around the West Midlands such as extensions, refurbisments, loft conversions, garage conversion, and external works.

You will be required to have the following

  • Previous experience working in live & void properties
  • Van + Tools
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good with materials needed
  • Be able to travel in the Midlands territory

Must have a first and secondary skill in the following

  • Carpentry/Joinery 1st/2nd fix
  • Brickwork - brick/block, brick pointing
  • Groundworks - concreting/drainage/excavating/concrete slabs
  • Landscape - Hard/Soft, paving, slabbing, grass turf, tarmac
  • Plastering - Skimming, Screeding
  • Roofing
  • Plumbing/Heating 1st/2nd fix
  • Tiling
