Job Summary

Aseto DBM is seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. The role involves constructing, extending, loft conversions and renovating properties in Southwest London according to drawings or specific instructions, while adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently use hand and power tools
• Carry out roofing and masonry work
• Fabricate structures as required
• Handle carpentry tasks, including framing and finishing. (1st, 2nd fix)
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards on all projects

Requirements

• Expertise in using hand and power tools
• Experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, and working with structural steel (tiling or plastering is a plus)
• Ability to fabricate structures following Building Regulation specifications
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to Health and Safety protocols in all tasks
• Site clothing and Steel toe shoes. Company T-shirt, Jumpers provided.
• On site Tools provided , including specific PPE.
• Be a team player and willing to learn new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
