ENSUS Logistics Technicians (x3)

  • Very Competitive Salary PLUS Bonus Package
  • 40 Hours per Week Contract
  • DAYS ROLES, MONDAY - FRIDAY
  • 5am - 6pm (Working pattern via rota)

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) / Compliance

  • Work in line with COMAH, site procedures, FEMAS, RED, TASCC.
  • Promote a Safety‑First culture.
  • Follow Permit-to-Work, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Report hazards, near misses and unsafe conditions.
  • Participate in site safety initiatives.

Logistics Operations

  • Handle raw material intake, product movement and dispatch.
  • Operate and monitor logistics systems/equipment to meet safety and throughput targets.
  • Maintain strong understanding of logistics processes, material flows and constraints.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

  • Safely operate loaders, forklifts and mobile plant.
  • Perform basic servicing and first-line maintenance.
  • Report equipment faults and ensure equipment is safely operated and maintained.

Systems, Data & Control

  • Use logistics systems (e.g., Precia Molen) for vehicle movements and material tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs and compliance documentation.
  • Report system issues or anomalies.

Quality, Compliance & Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with FEMAS, RED and TASCC.
  • Carry out sampling, record keeping and documentation control.
  • Maintain traceability, audit readiness and prevent contamination.

Maintenance Support

  • Report breakdowns promptly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
  • Assist with plant preparation for maintenance.

Housekeeping & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain high housekeeping standards and clean-as-you-go.
  • Keep work areas safe and organised.
  • Identify and support improvements in safety, efficiency and performance.

Communication & Teamwork

  • Communicate effectively with logistics, operations, supply and commercial teams.
  • Maintain clear logs and shift communication.
  • Support a positive, collaborative team environment.

Training & Development

  • Complete required logistics and safety training.
  • Support colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain competency across logistics tasks and equipment.

Operational Flexibility

  • Support operations across multiple logistics roles.
  • Provide cover and step up when required (within competency).

Emergency Response

Support site emergency response activities and follow procedures during incidents

Essential

  • Experience in industrial, logistics, or process‑plant environments
  • Strong understanding of safe working practices and operational procedures
  • Ability to operate mobile plant (e.g., loaders, FLT)
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic IT and system‑use capability

Desirable

  • Experience working under FEMAS, RED, or TASCC schemes
  • FLT licence and/or mobile plant certification
  • Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., Precia Molen)
  • Experience in COMAH or high‑hazard environments
  • Knowledge of grain handling and product dispatch systems
  • Experience with first‑line maintenance, sampling, and quality control
