Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

• Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support stock management and inventory checks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or retail roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Knowledge of upselling techniques is advantageous.
