About Langosteria

Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria.

Langosteria quickly became an exclusive fine-dining background and benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients.

The Group currently operates 7 exclusive restaurants across Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Paris (Langosteria at Cheval Blanc) and St. Moritz, with the prestigious addition of Langosteria at the historic Raffles Hotel London at The OWO in the heart of Whitehall, London.

About the Job

At Langosteria, wine is an integral part of the guest journey. We are looking for a Sommelier who brings solid expertise, refined taste, and a genuine passion for hospitality, supporting the creation of memorable dining experiences through thoughtful wine service and pairings.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a guest-focused approach, and who is eager to grow within a dynamic fine dining environment.

  • Support the management and development of the wine list in line with the fine dining environment
  • Guide guests in selecting wines and pairings, ensuring a personalized and elevated experience
  • Ensure correct wine service, presentation, and adherence to premium service standards
  • Assist in managing wine stock, storage, and inventory control
  • Collaboration with Head Chef and Restaurant Manager
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cellar and service areas

About You

  • Previous sommelier experience in fine dining
  • Strong knowledge of international wines, regions, and vintages
  • Italian fluent and English B2+
  • Must already have the legal right to work in the UK
  • No visa sponsorship available
