Full job description

Handyman required for a Property Management company

All round workman required for a Property Management company based Tooting Broadway SW17.

Painting and decorating skills a must. Cleanlines on the job a must.

25 or over only. Must have Clean UK driving License for at least 2 years. New Van and tools are provided.

Basic pay £15 per hour plus commission for all jobs completed. On target earnings will average £40k+ per year.

Basic handyman skills essential such as changing locks, putting up curtains, painting, gardening, furniture assembly, moving heavy items, carpet cleaning.

Extended skills preferred such as electrics, plumbing, carpeting, tiling, flooring, changing fuses, wall plugs, Garden fence.

Some of the work will be carpet cleaning using machines and supervising other cleaners.

Most of our works comes from properties we manage.

Working mostly in South West London.

After a trial period successful completion, ongoing employment offered.
