Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria. Langosteria quickly became a benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients.

The Group currently operates 7 exclusive restaurants across Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Paris (Langosteria at Cheval Blanc) and St. Moritz, with the prestigious addition of Langosteria at the historic Raffles Hotel London at The OWO in the heart of Whitehall, London.

About the Job

At Langosteria, the kitchen is the heart of our culinary excellence. We’re looking for a Commis who brings passion, precision, and a strong desire to learn, supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the standards that define our cuisine.This role is ideal for a professional who is eager to grow in a dynamic fine dining environment and committed to mastering techniques, organization, and teamwork.

  • Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team in the preparation of dishes according to company standards
  • Prepare ingredients and basic components following recipes and instructions
  • Maintain proper mise en place to ensure efficiency during service
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
  • Properly store ingredients and assist with stock rotation following company procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service

About You

  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional kitchen or similar role
  • Basic culinary techniques and willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Strong team spirit and good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and respect for kitchen standards and procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
