About Langosteria

Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria. Langosteria quickly became a benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients.

About the Job

At Langosteria, the bar is more than a place, it’s an experience. We’re looking for a Bartender who combines technical excellence, leadership, and creativity to deliver outstanding bar service and elevate every guest interaction.

This role is perfect for a professional who leads by example, sets high standards, and knows how to turn a drink into a memorable moment.

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
  • Provide professional and engaging service, ensuring an excellent guest experience
  • Maintain bar mise en place, including preparation of ingredients and garnishes
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations

About You

  • Minimum one years of experience as Bartender in high-end venues
  • Strong mixology skills and deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages
  • Natural leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service elegance
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
