Since opening Burger Boi outposts across the UK, demand and popularity has exploded. That’s because we don’t cut corners, we do what we do insanely well and nothing else.

We’re bringing a bit of Cali culture to the UK. One banging burger at a time!

Embrace the smashed burger revolution.

We brush the grill with mustard, smash the beef to seal in the caramelisation, throw the American cheese on top which melts instantly, stack it all in a toasted bun with Burger Boi Sauce, crunchy pickles and shredded lettuce.

Our beef isn’t the only star. Our free range birds are key to our next level fried chicken. We soak them in buttermilk, double dredge in BurgerBoi seasoned flour mix and fry to perfection.

Besides smashed burgers and fried chicken we’re boxing up boatloads of deep-fried comfort with our ‘Insta famous’ Bad Boi Hot Mess, Korean wings, crispy tenders, loaded macs and dirty fries.

And what’s a burger and fried chicken joint without a great shake!

Our signature Bad Boi shakes are decadently topped and hand-spun from British dairy ice cream.

We are looking for:

  • An experienced professional responsible for the running of the grill / fryers working efficiently along side the kitchen team.
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean working area whilst keeping to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
