What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage a mixture of inbound enquiries and proactive business development.

This is primarily a B2B role where you'll build relationships with new and existing business customers, helping them source competitive vehicle leasing solutions while delivering the outstanding customer experience we're known for.

You'll be expected to:

• Generate new business opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Convert warm leads into orders.
• Develop our existing customer database.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to handover.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced vehicle leasing professionals with a proven track record.

You'll already understand the industry, know how to build rapport quickly and have a history of delivering results.

Most importantly, you'll have:

• Experience within vehicle leasing or contract hire.
• A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-discipline and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
• High levels of motivation and resilience.
• A genuine hunger to succeed.
