What will you be doing?

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality service within our hospitality lounges.
• Provide bar service, including draft, bottled, and premium beverages (where applicable).
• Serve food and drinks efficiently during busy service periods.
• Support smooth and coordinated service during peak matchday times.
• Maintain high presentation standards across dining and bar areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines, including basic allergen awareness.

Please be aware that this role involves the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages, as well as various food products, including pork.

• Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Friendly, professional, and able to deliver great guest experiences.
• Comfortable working as part of a team during busy events.
• Willing to learn and follow service standards and procedures.
• Committed to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or bar work is beneficial but not essential.

This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
