  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and manage store operations and budget, ensuring smooth daily functions and compliance with company standards.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-merchandised, and follows corporate presentation standards.
  • Financial Accountability: Oversee cash and stock management, perform POS duties, and manage all front and back-of-house operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high end, dynamic retail environment, (experience in fine dining or high-end goods is a benefit).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to manage store systems efficiently.
  • Well presented, with a professional and friendly manner.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary for the right candidate.
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Employee and store discounts.
  • Employee rewards programme.
  • 28 days' annual leave.
  • A high level of responsibility and autonomy.
  • The opportunity to grow with an expanding luxury brand.
  • Genuine career progression for exceptional performers.

Schedule:

This is a 40-hour-per-week role within a 7-day retail operation.
