Full job description

Ski Travel Consultant

If you love skiing, enjoy building relationships and want to sell some of the world's most incredible ski holidays, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, award-winning specialist tour operator that has spent over 30 years creating exceptional tailor-made ski holidays.

Unlike many travel companies, nothing is booked online. Every client speaks to a knowledgeable consultant who takes the time to understand exactly what they're looking for before creating a completely bespoke itinerary.

You'll become a trusted expert, helping clients plan unforgettable holidays they'll come back for year after year. In fact, almost half of the company's business comes from loyal repeat customers.

Ski Travel Consultant - What will I be doing ?

Working in a highy collaboratie team you will:

  • Speak to customers who enquire via the website or telephone.
  • Design completely tailor-made ski holidays.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings through a consultative sales approach.

Once your client books, your dedicated Operations colleagues take care of the supplier bookings and administration, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships and creating amazing holidays.

Ski Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

We're looking for someone who...

  • Loves skiing and the outdoors.
  • Is an excellent communicator.
  • Has a consultative approach to sales.
  • Enjoys building relationships rather than hard selling.

You might already be selling ski holidays, have completed one or two ski seasons, work in luxury travel or simply have good customer service and sales skills combined with a genuine passion for skiing.

Exceptional graduates who ski, with the right attitude and enthusiasm will also be considered.

What else do I need to know?

This is genuinely one of those companies where people stay.

You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative team that enjoys spending time together, whether that's company ski trips, overseas team adventures, beach volleyball after work or regular social events.

You'll also benefit from:

Salary £26,500-£32,000 depending on experience.
Plus generous annual bonus.
Educational trips to the destinations you'll be selling.
Hybrid working once fully trained but this is mainly office based.
Beautiful offices just moments from the beach.
Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm with some weekend work in peak season.

If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that genuinely invests in its people, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: £26,500.00-£32,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Company pension
  • Life insurance
