Prestons is entering an exciting period of growth, with the expansion of our Norwich showroom creating an opportunity for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our team.

Located in the heart of Norwich City Centre, Prestons offers a refined and welcoming environment where client experience is paramount. Our team are trusted specialists, delivering a highly personalised service to a discerning clientele.

Working with some of the world’s most prestigious watchmakers, including Rolex, Patek Philippe and Tudor, alongside our own fine jewellery collections designed and crafted at our London workshop on Ely Place, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep product knowledge within a truly luxury setting.

We are seeking individuals who are naturally engaging, highly polished and take pride in delivering an exceptional, considered client journey. You will understand the importance of building long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A confident and articulate communication style
  • A professional and refined personal presentation
  • A genuine interest in watches, fine jewellery and client experience
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach

Previous experience within luxury retail or a client-facing premium environment is advantageous, though not essential for the right individual.

Prestons offers a highly attractive remuneration package, including a competitive basic salary and a rewarding commission structure, alongside opportunities for progression across our showrooms in Guildford, Wilmslow, Norwich and Victoria Gate Leeds (Rolex by Prestons).

Relocation support may be considered where appropriate.
