We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure timely service.
• Assist with bartending duties, including preparing drinks and maintaining bar stock levels.
• Supervise and oversee team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Manage food safety procedures in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent hospitality at all times.
• Help coordinate restaurant or hotel activities, including organising reservations and managing customer flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including kitchen stations and service zones.
• Support food production processes to meet quality standards and presentation expectations.
• Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or bartending is highly desirable.
• Proven supervisory or team management experience within a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or bars is advantageous; culinary or hospitality qualifications are a plus.
• Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,320.00 per year
