We are excited to invite talented and passionate Pasta Chefs to join our teams at Made in Italy, La Mia Mamma, and Fish & Bubbles, located in Chelsea, Notting Hill, Battersea and Fulham. Our restaurants are renowned for delivering authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, crafted from the freshest ingredients. If you have a love for Italian culinary traditions and thrive in a vibrant kitchen, we’d love to have you on board!

About the Role:
As a Pasta Chef, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality pasta dishes that reflect authentic Italian cuisine. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, maintaining high standards and ensuring every plate meets our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handcraft fresh pasta and sauces using traditional Italian techniques.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in pasta preparation and Italian cuisine.
  • Passion for authentic, high-quality food.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Salary between £14 and £16 per hour.
