Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie pizzaiolo to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza preparation and a genuine enthusiasm for creating authentic, high-quality dishes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a vibrant restaurant environment, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook authentic pizzas according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in the organisation of the kitchen station to maintain efficiency and cleanliness
  • Monitor and control portion sizes to minimise waste while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
  • Support the broader kitchen team with meal preparation and other duties as required
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols

Skills
