About The Developers Club

Market: United Kingdom Only

Company Overview:

The Developers Club (TDC) is the UK's leading membership organisation for ambitious property developers committed to delivering quality homes at scale. Founded on a mission to build 10,000 new homes by 2030,

TDC brings together some of the UK's most driven upcoming developers, industry partners, advisors, and guest speakers under one collaborative roof.

Members join one of three tiers — The Academy, The Executive, or The Board — depending on their stage of development experience. Through events, education, deal collaboration and a powerful peer network, TDC helps developers grow and scale their businesses faster than they could alone.

As featured in Property Week, Insider Media, Your Property Network and Blue Bricks Magazine, TDC is a rapidly growing organisation with real momentum — and this role sits at the heart of that growth.

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team on a remote basis. Your primary mission is simple: identify property developers who are serious about growing and scaling their business, qualify them, and set appointments for our senior sales team.

You will be working warm inbound leads every day, managing your own pipeline, and operating as the engine that keeps the sales process moving. This is a performance-driven role with clear targets, real earning potential and a fast-tracked route to full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call warm inbound leads daily and qualify prospects against TDC's membership criteria
  • Set high-quality appointments for the senior sales team (Discovery and Strategy Sessions)
  • Manage and nurture your own pipeline from first contact through to booked appointment
  • Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, email and social outreach
  • Log all activity accurately in GoHighLevel CRM — calls, conversations, outcomes and follow-up tasks
  • Hit and exceed daily and weekly KPI targets (see Performance Expectations)
  • Attend weekly team check-ins and report performance to your Sales Manager
  • Participate in quarterly in-person team events in Manchester or London (non-essential but encouraged)
  • Contribute to team feedback on lead quality, objections and messaging improvements

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B or high-ticket environment
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity-based targets
  • Excellent verbal communication — confident, clear and professional on the phone
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious — you do not need to be managed to pick up the phone
  • Strong pipeline management discipline — you follow up, you don't let leads go cold
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft 365 and sales CRM platforms
  • Experience with or willingness to learn GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
  • Based in the UK with full right to work

Desirable

  • Experience in property, financial services, education or membership sales
  • Familiarity with the UK property development landscape
  • Experience working in a remote sales environment
  • Prior experience with a two-call close or consultative sales process

Performance Expectations

Your performance will be measured daily and weekly against the following KPIs. These are non-negotiable minimums — the target column is where we expect high performers to operate.

METRIC

  • Dials per Day

80 - Minimum (Must Hit)

100 - Target (Exceeds Expectation)

  • Sets per Week

2 - Minimum (Must Hit)

3-5 - Target (Exceeds Expectation)

  • CRM Updated Daily

Required

Required

Performance is reviewed weekly by your Sales Manager. Probationary periods may be cut short and a fulltime offer extended earlier than 90 days for candidates who demonstrate exceptional output.

Compensation & Progression

90-Day Probationary Period During the initial 90 days, you will operate as a self-employed contractor on a commission-only basis. You will be paid a percentage of all deals closed that originate from your booked appointments. Full commission rate and payment terms are confirmed at offer stage.

As a self-employed contractor during this period, you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions.

Full-Time Employment (Post-Probation)

Candidates who hit or exceed KPI expectations during the probationary period will be offered a full-time employed position with an OTE of £50,000–£60,000 per annum. The full-time package includes a base salary plus performance-based commission, with full details provided at the point of offer.

Exceptional performers may be offered full-time employment ahead of the 90-day mark.

Phase: 0–90 Days (Probation) - Package: Commission-only | Self-Employed Contractor

Phase: Post-Probation (Full-Time) - Package: Base + Commission | £50,000–£60,000 OTE

Tools & Systems

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — primary CRM and pipeline management platform
  • Microsoft 365 — communication, documentation and reporting
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets — activity tracking and performance reporting
  • Zoom / Google Meet — team check-ins and internal calls

Training on TDC's internal systems and processes will be provided at onboarding. Prior GHL experience is advantageous but not essential.

How to Apply

To be considered for this role, please submit all three of the following:

  • Your CV — detailing your sales experience, roles held and measurable results where possible
  • A cover note — briefly explaining your background, why this role interests you, and what makes you a strong fit for a commission-first, performance-driven environment
  • A Loom video (2–3 minutes) — introduce yourself and tell us specifically why you would be a great fit for this position. Treat it like your first impression on a call with us. Record at: loom.com

Applications that do not include all three elements will not be considered. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate initiative and the ability to follow a clear process — the application itself is your first test.
