M&E Project Manager
Salary - up to £75,000 + Car Allowance
Moorgate, East Central London - EC1
Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
We're recruiting for one of our most prestigious and largest clients in the UK who are looking to bring a Project Manager on board as part of their team working on a Corporate client contract in Moorgate for one of the UK's leading commercial law firms and a member of the prestigious Magic Circle, advising global businesses, financial institutions and governments. Renowned for handling complex, high-profile legal matters, it has built a reputation for excellence, innovation and long-standing client relationships.
We have placed well over 300 employees across this business, which has shown a consistent pathway for progression and further training opportunities throughout an engineer's career. This leading company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide, with over 8,500 in the UK alone and an annual revenue of over £27 billion.
In this role you will be responsible for managing capital projects on-site for the client. We're looking for someone who has a technical FM background due to the demands of the site. Projects can range anywhere from £25k-£3m. This role offers great progressive opportunities in the future.

Experience required for a Project Manager:
- A recognized FM trade background such as Electrical or Mechanical
- 18th Edition/C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation (if electrical)
- C&G Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering/Plumbing (if Mechanical)
- Previous project management experience within facilities management
