The role:

• Identify and engage senior legal professionals across international markets
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research for executive search projects
• Support Partners on retained search assignments from initial brief through to completion
• Build long-term relationships with senior candidates and clients while developing expertise within a specialist legal market

Requirements:

• Graduate with strong academics and an interest in sales, law or professional services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, commercially minded and motivated by progression and earning potential

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
