Engineer – Engineering Services
Location: Field-based (Thames Valley, M25 Corridor & Greater London)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
V3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, growing engineering business based in Hampshire. Known for delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Engineer to support continued expansion across the region.

This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on the fitting, servicing, and maintenance of pumps and pump systems across a wide range of commercial environments, including manufacturing sites, hospitals, and universities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fit, service, and maintain pumps and associated systems across commercial sites
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at every visit
  • Travel between sites following a schedule set by the office team
  • Cover the Thames Valley, M25 corridor, and Greater London (with some flexibility as required)
  • Take on overtime when needed to meet customer demand
  • Complete service reports and communicate clearly with the office

About You

  • Proven experience in an engineering role, ideally within an M&E environment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Takes pride in high-quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
