Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of skills in beauty treatments and services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a flair for customer service, and the ability to effectively manage social media to promote our services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of beauty treatments including eyebrow threading, eyebrow waxing, full body wax and tinting
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored beauty solutions.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
  • Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Utilise social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
  • Deliver outstanding guest services by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in makeup application, eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and barbering is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Experience in social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
  • A valid qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential.
