About Us

Gorilla Tax Rebates is a dynamic, client-focused tax rebate company specialising in helping individuals claim back tax refunds related to work-related expenses.

Our mission is to demystify the tax refund process and make it as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible—helping our clients recover money that’s rightfully theirs.

As a growing business, we’re expanding rapidly and are now looking for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, passionate environment. You’ll be working from our luxurious new-build offices in the heart of Manchester City Centre, with flexible options around location and hours.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll manage the full sales journey—from prospecting and qualifying leads to supporting clients throughout their tax rebate claim. If you’re passionate about helping people, enjoy sales, and deliver outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

No prior tax experience is required; full training will be provided. However, you’ll need to be forward-thinking, proactive, and willing to learn basic tax-related queries to support clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualifying client eligibility from website enquiries
  • Working closely with an Account Manager to manage the sales cycle
  • Onboarding and guiding clients through the tax rebate process from start to payout
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Accurately managing sales activity and client records within the CRM system
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets
  • Requesting feedback and testimonials following successful claims
  • Working proactively with internal teams and outsourced suppliers while following set processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in sales or a related, client-focused role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade A–C)
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Organised and process-driven, with accurate record-keeping
  • Comfortable handling sensitive personal and financial information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work flexibly (including remotely)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) is desirable
  • Tax or finance experience is beneficial but not essential

If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career and want to be part of a forward-thinking, supportive team, apply today.
