Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are seeking a Full-Time Retail Makeup Artist to join the team in Victoria Square, Belfast. If you have retail experience, with a background in the beauty and makeup industry, are passionate about providing an amazing customer journey and love all things Sculpted, we want to hear from you!

Accountabilities Include:

• Supporting customers on the busy shop floor.
• Driving sales and achieving team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ability to offer a strong level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
• Assisting with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
• Maintain a clear and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules.
• Assisting with in-store events and masterclasses when required.
• Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully support sales in-store.
• Maintain the store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
• Develop positive relationships with Store Manager, Area Manager and Head Office.
• Be a Sculpted Brand Ambassador with your attitude and on-brand grooming.
• Convey passion for the brand and master 'Sculpted' storytelling.

Experience Needed:

• This is primarily a retail role, so previous retail experience, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
• Makeup artistry experience, a certified makeup qualification is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store visitors and customers.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
