Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling qualified leads, organising appointments, and supporting our sales efforts through effective communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales within a professional environment. Fluency in English is essential and the ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and comfortable working with CRM softwares.

Responsibilities

  • Make 200 outbound calls per day to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM softwares.
  • Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
  • Qualify potential clients based on predetermined criteria to ensure appointments are productive
  • Collaborate with the clinical teams to understand target markets and optimise outreach strategies
  • Keep track of appointment schedules and ensure timely follow-up with clients or prospects
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM softwares is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain positive client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and goals
