Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team! In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, enhance clients’ confidence, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in skincare, makeup application, and personalized service will be key to providing memorable experiences. Duties

  • Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and laser hair removal with precision and care
  • Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services or products
  • Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to health and safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
  • Assist in promoting retail products and special offers to boost client satisfaction and sales
  • Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a focus on skincare
  • Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of current beauty trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Certification or qualification in beauty therapy or related field is needed
  • Passion for helping clients look and feel their best while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
