Full job description

Job title: Marketing Development Manager

Location: Head Office (Malhotra House)

Reports to: Operations Director

The Malhotra Group PLC is a family-owned company based in the Northeast of England. We successfully operate a specialised healthcare group, a national property portfolio and a leisure arm incorporating restaurants, bars and hotels.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Development Manager to develop, lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. You will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Marketing team supporting the business to deliver marketing and communications outputs.

What you’ll be doing

· Develop, lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.

· Attend relevant exhibitions and networking events to raise company profile, create new business opportunities, as well as entering sites for awards.

· Ensure the site-specific Customer Relationship Management databases are kept up to date and customer interactions are monitored alongside our external SEO and CRM partners with a view of bringing this internal in the future.

· Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

· Work with Projects and Operations teams to support with Marketing of any new developments.

· Drive repeat bookings through the loyalty programme.

· Communicate with Senior Management about existing and new marketing activities.

· Work with advertising agencies to increase customer acquisition.

· Ensure the team manages and creates appropriate content for a variety of Social Media channels as well as implementing new marketing initiatives.

· Evaluate and improve marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints.

· Identify and measure marketing outcomes to evaluate marketing activities within the company.

What we’re looking for:

· You must have relevant experience working within a marketing role.

· A proactive and driven leader possessing management experience.

· Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent time management, organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.

· A metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

· Proven experience of successfully dealing with budgets and forecasts.

· Previous experience using Asana, Hootsuite, Canva, Design My Night, or any other appropriate software and technology.

· Background in leisure industry and understanding of Care sector is desirable.

· Knowledge of the local area and competitors is advantageous.
