Full job description

Malvern Health Centre are looking to expand and grow their vibrant and dynamic Reception team.

We are seeking 1 enthusiastic individual, to join our busy practice as a Full-time/part-time Receptionists. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and approachable individual who will compliment our existing superb team. The individual must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

The role will include, receiving, assisting, and directing patient enquiries to the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way. You will be providing general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

We are looking for an individual who is adaptable to change and are flexible. They may be required to swap shifts to cover annual leave and work the occasional Saturday when we run Winter Flu Vaccinations and Extended Access clinics.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
