Site Manager (Warehouse & Fulfilment) | B Corp Certified
Location: Swindon, SN3 (On-site)
Salary: From £32,940 + Benefits
Hours: Mon–Fri (flexibility required during peak periods)

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ warehouse/fulfilment management experience
  • Strong hands-on leadership style
  • Solid H&S knowledge in logistics environments
  • Confident using WMS/inventory systems
  • Clear communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced setting

The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Swindon fulfilment centre. This is a floor-based leadership role focused on driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

You’ll lead teams, manage workflows, and ensure operational targets are met in a fast-paced warehouse environment, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and resolve bottlenecks
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team on the floor
  • Ensure full Health & Safety compliance
  • Drive productivity, quality, and stock accuracy via WMS
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Forklift licence / logistics background desirable
