The Vella Group is seeking a proactive, hands‑on Site Manager to lead our Penrith operation. The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of the Penrith site, ensuring operational excellence while leading from the front.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accountability
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining quality standards

About You
