At The Sea View Trust, we are proud of our strong values, inclusive culture, and commitment to continuous improvement. You will benefit from:

  • The opportunity to shape estates strategy at Trust level
  • A collaborative central team with genuine influence and impact
  • A role that directly supports safeguarding and pupil outcomes through safe environments
  • Hybrid working across our academies/college, Trust HQ, and home working
  • A Trust that invests in its people and embraces innovation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong estates or facilities management experience (ideally across multiple sites)
  • A deep understanding of compliance, health & safety, and risk management
  • Experience of leading teams and driving performance
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver operationally
  • The ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams

Above all, you will be committed to improving outcomes for children and young people by ensuring the environments they learn in are safe, effective, and inspiring.

Pay: £47,181.00-£57,881.00 per year
