Are you an ambitious, commercially minded leader who loves growing businesses, developing great people and delivering exceptional services?

You may already be a Managing Director, or you may be an exceptional commercial or operational leader ready to step into your first MD role. We're much more interested in what you could build than whether you've held the title before.

Fusion School Services is an ambitious and growing business, providing high-quality catering, cleaning and commercial services to schools. With an annual turnover of £5 million, 250 employees and sites across Devon, the wholly owned subsidiary of Ted Wragg Trust combines commercial ambition with a genuine social purpose.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead Fusion's operational performance, commercial success and future growth. You'll inspire and develop our people, strengthen our services, identify new commercial opportunities and build a business recognised for its quality, innovation and customer experience.

If you have:

· Significant senior leadership experience within a commercial or service-led organisation.

· A proven track record of leading complex operations, substantial budgets and large teams.

· Strong commercial instincts and experience of driving performance, change and growth.

· The ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with boards and senior stakeholders.

· A genuine passion for people, service excellence and making a difference.
