At Delta Marketing, we specialise in creating customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns for nationally recognised clients. As we continue to grow across the UK, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Manchester team as Sales & Marketing Trainees.

No previous experience is required. We provide full product, sales, and marketing training, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to develop valuable business skills.

The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you'll be representing our clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns across Manchester and surrounding areas.

This role combines office-based training and development with a field-based element, allowing you to gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands professionally in customer-facing environments
  • Engage with prospective customers and promote products and services
