Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues, including immigration, property, family law, and litigation.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices that may affect clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and trust-building.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ PQE .
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Mandarin language skills highly desirable, but not essential.
