T Gen Limited is a Manchester-based TikTok LIVE and cross-border e-commerce livestreaming company. We work with international brands to deliver professional, engaging and sales-focused livestreaming projects.

We are currently recruiting a part-time TikTok Livestream Moderator to support our presenters and livestream operations team at our Manchester studio.

This is an on-site operational role and does not normally require appearing on camera.

Language Requirement

Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required because the role involves daily communication with Mandarin-speaking members of the operations team and the use of internal training and operational materials in Mandarin.

Candidates should also have sufficient working English to communicate clearly with livestream presenters and other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Livestream Project Manager with the preparation and delivery of livestream sessions.
• Operate the livestream control system and assist with product sequencing, product links and interactive features.
• Work closely with presenters to maintain livestream flow, audience engagement and a positive studio environment.
• Monitor key livestream data, including viewer numbers, engagement and conversion performance.
• Identify operational or technical issues and report them promptly to the relevant manager.
• Help presenters follow product information, promotional priorities and livestream plans.
• Assist with livestream processes, interaction plans and basic scripts.
• Support routine scheduling, team communication and project coordination.
• Complete required livestream records and post-session handovers accurately.

Essential Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin.
• Sufficient working English for communication in the studio.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow confirmed schedules.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced livestream environment.
• Good attention to detail and basic awareness of performance data.
• Willingness to learn TikTok LIVE operations and e-commerce processes.
• Availability for some early-morning, evening or weekend shifts.

Previous TikTok LIVE, e-commerce, social media or livestream moderation experience is preferred but not essential. Full paid training will be provided.

• 具备基本工作英语沟通能力。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
• 工作可靠、守时，能够按照已确认的班次出勤。
• 能够适应节奏较快的直播工作环境。
• 认真细致，对直播数据有基本敏感度。
• 愿意学习TikTok LIVE及跨境电商直播运营知识。
• 能够接受部分早班、晚班或周末班次。

有TikTok LIVE、电商、社交媒体或直播场控经验者优先，但不是必要条件。公司会提供完整的带薪培训。
