Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Pasta Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes that we are well known for. Your culinary expertise will ensure that every plate served meets our standards of excellence, food safety, and presentation.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes with precision and creativity
• Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Fresh pasta preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels for pasta ingredients and communicate needs to management.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of pasta types, cooking methods, and presentation techniques
• Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Previous restaurant experience.
• Understanding of serving etiquette and customer service principles
